The first half of the opening to a short series I wrote called “Roasted Beans” focused on a group of friends working in a coffee shop and dealing with the highs, lows and woes of working in the food industry service.

For a little context: Golan and the gang are at the amusement park when Keith finds Dylan alone and makes it his mission to bring her back safely to Golan. In this sequence we see the gang reunite.

A live-action mashup of “Afro Samurai” and “Samurai Champloo”, we followed Fuu as she gets chased through the woods by thugs trying to apprehend her.
